About this programme
How can exploring our library help us become lifelong learners?
Puke Ariki Library invites students on an imaginative journey into the world of books, stories, and discovery. These lively, hands-on sessions introduce classes to the library and its resources through storytelling, guided exploration, and practical skills such as finding a book and navigating the shelves.Â
As part of their visit, students will enjoy a behind-the-scenes look at some of our most exciting spaces, including Discover It, our vibrant children’s library and the Design Lab, where 3D printing and vinyl cutting programmes come to life.
At the heart of every visit is a simple mission: to spark curiosity and cultivate a joy of reading and lifelong learning.Â
